Finally a way to document client encounters that works with Mindbodyonline! I’m excited to announce that the application I’ve been working on for the past few months is ready to have a few users sign up so I can test it. Check it out at QuickerNotes.com!
The application works by pulling in client data, appointment data and provider data from your MindBodyOnline software. It has a really easy to use interface for taking notes and creating alerts for patients. It is developed to work on all devices from PC’s to Smart Phones. The best part is, when you are on a tablet or phone you can use the voice recognition to create the notes by talking, so it’s really quick.

how’s this project going? I tried to fill in the form on your website, but unfortunately it wouldn’t accept our 5 digit client id. I’d love an update on your program – this is certainly something that a lot of MBO clients are requesting.
